METUP UK Demands Change: Infographic highlighting relevant stats and the changes the METUP is calling for. Are you wondering what you can do to support #SecondaryBreastCancer patients during #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth?

Have you heard about #MetastaticBreastCancer, but still have questions?

Do you want to know why there are so many social media posts using the hashtag #Stage4NeedsMore?

Would you like to see positive examples of. what being #BusyLivingWithMets looks like?

Can you support the @metupukorg campaign #IAmThe31?

Does the fact that 31 #British women a day die of #Stage4 #BreastCancer break your heart?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes then please follow @metupukorg on #SocialMedia this October.

We are on Instagram and Twitter as @metupukorg.

We are on Facebook as METUPUK.

We are online here at http://metupuk.org.uk.

This #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth will see the launch our #IAmThe31 campaign. We’ll be raising awareness of secondary breast cancer which is the biggest killer of women under 50. We’ll be challenging the pink and positive narrative of #Pinktober as we believe that #PinkIsNotACure. We’ll also be demanding urgent change to stop the deaths.

By following us and sharing our posts on different platforms you will help us make a difference. You will help us be heard. If you want an indication of how we are coming out fighting this October, check out this Facebook blog, highlighting that there is more to #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth than ‘pink’, and that despite the continuing death rate, secondary breast cancer is given limited attention, and only given any specific focus on 13th October.

So please follow us and share our social media profiles far and wide. Thank you for supporting those of us who are literally #DyingForACure.
